Mail: broadcasts
Send one message to a segment or topic, now or on a schedule, with a one-click unsubscribe in every email and results per broadcast.
Mail now sends broadcasts (/broadcasts). Write the message in HTML or pick a saved template, choose a segment, a topic or both, and send it now or at a set time. Each email is personalised with the recipient's contact fields and properties.
- See how many people a broadcast will reach before you send it. Unsubscribed and suppressed addresses are always left out.
- Every broadcast must include an unsubscribe link, and every email carries one-click unsubscribe headers.
- Messages go out at a steady pace you can set, separately from your transactional mail, and you can stop a broadcast while it sends.
- Results per broadcast: delivered, bounced, complaints and unsubscribes, plus each recipient's status.
- Compose, schedule and follow broadcasts in the console under Mail → Broadcasts.
