Mail: contacts, topics and one-click unsubscribe
Keep contacts with their consent, import them from CSV, let people choose topics, and send topic email with a one-click unsubscribe that every major mailbox recognises.
Mail now has contacts (/contacts, with custom properties and CSV import) and topics (/topics). Add topic_id to a template send and Mail only delivers to contacts who opted in, or who gave consent when the topic is on by default; anyone else is refused with 422 RECIPIENT_SUPPRESSED. Imported contacts start without consent unless the file records it.
Every topic email carries a personal {{{unsubscribe_url}}} link and the List-Unsubscribe one-click headers, opening a hosted preferences page in your brand. Topic mail goes out on its own sending stream, so it never affects your transactional reputation. Manage it all under Mail › Contacts and Topics, or read the guide.
